RESOLUTION NO, 8 - 1967
A RESOLUTION AVMRIZING AIM DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON LOT 11, PARCEL 2200, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 155.
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with
respect to certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described
parcel, to -wit: Aud. Sub. #155, Parcel 2200, (Ex. pt, to John H. Glover
Houses, Inc.) (Ex. pt. for hwy.) (Ex, pt. for hwy. which lies within a
dirt, of 121' W'ly of the E. line of Sec. 23- 30 -24; containing .81 acre,
more or less, in addition to existing highways; together with all rt. of
access, being the rt. of ingress to & egress from said tract, not acquired
herein, to Trk. Hwy. #65, except that the abutting owner shall retain the
rt. of access between points dist. 302.9' & 362,9' & between points dist.
492.9' & 552,9' N'ly of the S. line of said Sec. 23 - -all distances being
