This conveyance is made upon the

express condition that in the event
second party ceases to use the land
for public parr, purposes for a period
of six (6) months, then title to the
said land shall revert to first party,
its successors or assigns, who shall
have an immediate right to possession
and to re- enter, except that public
user may continue as to any then ex-
isting use of the Cheri Lane cul -de -sac
and turn- around and as to any then
existing public utility lines located in
the land.
