RESOLUTION NO. 115 -1968
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON
PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT #87
WHEREAS, By a resolution passed by the Council on August 12,
1968, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assess-
ment of the cost of STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #87, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that.such proposed
assessment roll has been completed and filed in his office for
public inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the
City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the
City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on the 3rd
day of September, 1968, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. to pass
upon the proposed assessment for the following named
improvement:
STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #87
2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time and
place of meeting in the official newspaper of the City,
at least two (2) weeks prior to such meeting.

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Council of the City of Fridley will c—st
at the City Hall in said City on the 3rd day of Se tcniter, 1968, at 8 :00 ?.H.,
to hear and pass upon all objections, if any, to the proposed assess nts in
respect to the following improvement, to -wit:

The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is now on file and
open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the office of the
Clerk of said City.
At said hearing, the Council will consider written or oral objections to the
proposed assessce.nts for each of said improvc =.tints.
The general nature of the improvements and each of the is the construction of
storm sewer mains and connecting linos in tihe lands and streets dasiyratyu in
manner as follows:

Said inprovcnents will be assessed against the properties within the above
noted areas in w4ole or in part proportlonataty to each of the lands - herain
contained according to the benefits recoivAd. The total cost of tht ir;:prove-
ment is $60,000.00
