V RESOLUTION NO. 149 -1968 1 A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CERTAIN DELINQUENT WATER AND SEWER CHARMS TO ME COUNTY AUDITOR FOR COLLECTION WITH This 1969 TAXES WHEREAS, certain water and ewer charges for the City of Fridley are delinquent in paynent, and, WHEREAS, Section 7 of Ordinance Nuobcr 113: Section 1.02 of the City Charter provides for certifying delinquent charges to the County Auditor for collection with the taxes. NOW, THERUEFORE, 1-2 IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk is her::by €_�ath�s=?. %cad and directed to certify the following charges to the Comity Auditor for collection with 1969 taxes due and payable in the year 1969 to Fait: All these noted in Schedule "A" attached hereto and made a ' pant hereof by raforence.
