BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the Fridley City Council has indicated a desire to extend
73rd Avenue between Central Avenue and Highway #65, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has requested the Anoka County Commissioners
to construct said road as a county road, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to obtain additional right of way over that
property described below whether said construction is done by the City or
by the County.
NOW THEREFORE, by it resolved, that the City Administration, assisted
by the City Attorney, is authorized to acquire an easement for road and
public utilities purposes over the South 33 feet of Lots 3 through 18 in-
clusive, Block 2, Central View Manor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that if the Administration is not able to
acquire said easement upon terms agreeable to the City Council, that the
City Attorney is hereby authorized to commence condemnation action in the
Anoka District Court for the above described easement.

RIGHT OF
WAY FOR 73RD
AVENUE BETWEEN CENTRAL AVENUE AND HIGHWAY

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the Fridley City Council has indicated a desire to extend
73rd Avenue between Central Avenue and Highway #65, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has requested the Anoka County Commissioners
to construct said road as a county road, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to obtain additional right of way over that
