RES 1970-75 - 00009716Me RESOLUTION NO, 7S -1970 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PARCELS 1920, 2020, 2120, AND 2820, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION #22, LOTS 1 THROUGH 15, PARCEL 150, LOT 16, PARCEL 160, AND LOTS 24 THROUGH 26, PARCEL 190, ALL IN BLOCK 1, IRVINGTON ADDITION AND REPLATTING INTO HEATHER HILLS ADDITION WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
