' The ST. 1971-4 Street Improvement Project covers the loop-backs at 61st Avenue
and 57th Avenue, the slip-off at 60th Avenue, and some sidewalk work along the
east side of University Avenue. The total cast of the improvement is $276�180.74.
The assessment rate of $12.50 per foot used for the loop-backs is the same as
was used at the improvement hearing. This assessment level, ptus the $113,085.75
scheduled to be received from the State for their share of the project, plus the
$29,54�►.75,�State,Aid Funds received or scheduled to be drawn on the project,
does not co�er�the cost of the project. Because of this, � transfer will have
to be ma�ie from the State Aid 2evol��ir� ,account.

requires constant maintenance.
