RES 1972-123 - 00008524RESOLUTION NO. 123 1972 A RESOLUTION WITHDRAWING THE CERTIFICATION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON CERTAIN LOTS, MIENDING AND REDUCING THE AMOUNT OF THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AND RECERTIFYING THE ASSESSMENTS (LUND LAWSUIT) WHEREAS, The City Council took action at its September 25, 1972 meeting to reduce the special assessments on certain lots as part of the settlement of the lawsuit brought by James Lund Construction, Inc.
