A RESOLUTION WITHDRAWING THE CERTIFICATION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON CERTAIN LOTS,
MIENDING AND REDUCING THE AMOUNT OF THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AND RECERTIFYING THE
ASSESSMENTS (LUND LAWSUIT)
WHEREAS, The City Council took action at its September 25, 1972 meeting to
reduce the special assessments on certain lots as part of the settlement of the
lawsuit brought by James Lund Construction, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That special assessments on the folloating
legal descriptions tie withdrawn, amended, and recertified as follows:
