RES 1972-99 - 00008462J 195 - RESOLUTION NO. 99 -1972 A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING CERTAIN COSTS FROM WATER, SEWER AND STORM SEWER PROJECT NO. 106 TO ST. 1972 -1 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT WHEREAS, The expenses in the amount of $2,174.10 were incurred under Water, Sewer and Storm Sewer Project No. 106 contract for installation of some storm sewer on Benjamin Street, and WHEREAS, This cost will be a part of a storm sewer improvement project being done under the 1972 -1 Street Project, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the expenses,incurred in the amount of $2,174.10 shall become a part of the 1972 -1 Street Project and Water, Sewer and Storm Sewer Project No. 106 shall be reimbursed for the $2,174.10 expenditures made and $2,174.10 will be transferred from the 1972 -1 Street Project.
