The City Engineer said most of the points of stipulation had been agreed upon and the others cu��ld be tiaorked out. He said there wou�d be an additional s�ipulations that they would provid� �roper drainage. He said ihe st3pulatiori and conditions previously agreed upon coneeXnin$ the tTaf�ie w�u1d �emain the same. He said the apartment plan area had been modifisd amd the complex would include a recreation facility, He said if �h� Council wauld agrse to the stipulations, they would b� incorporated in the oxi�inal agreement between the City and the Wa11 Corporation. He added, if th� CauaCi� would approve the final plan and stipulations, the agreement could be ex�cuted.
