A RESOLUTION REVOKING THE DESIGNATION OF A PORTION OF COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY NO. 2
WHEREAS, the County Board of the County of Anoka did adopt a resolution revoking
the designation of a portion of County State Aid Highway No. 2, within the Corporate
limits of the City of Fridley as follows:
That part of County State Aid Highway No. 2 - beginning at the intersection
of Main Street and 43rd Avenue Northeast, said point of beginning being on the
common boundary of City of Columbia Heights and the City of Fridley, thence
Westerly along or near the established center line of 43rd Avenue Northeast
(which has now been breached by railroad yard work) to a point being located
approximately 1500 feet Northeasterly at the center of Section 34, Township 30,
Range 24 West, and there terminating. Being approximately 0.34 miles in
length.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley that
said revocation is in all things approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 9TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1974.
