A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON THE PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE TREATMENT AND REMOVAL OF TREES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
' County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall
in the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota,
on the 22nd day of September 1975,
for the following named improvement:
TREATMENT AND REMOVAL OF TREES
2. The City Clerk shall publish notices of the time and
place of meeting in the official newspaper of the City,
at least two (2) weeks prior to such meeting.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY

NOTICE OF HEARING OF ASSESSMENT FOR TREATMENT AND REMOVAL OF TREES
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Fridley will meet at the
City Hall in said City on the 22nd day of September, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock P.M.,
to hear and pass upon all objections, if any, to the proposed assessments in
respect to the following improvement, to -wit:
TREATMENT AND REMOVAL OF TREES
The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is now on file and
open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the office of the Clerk
of said City.
At said hearing the Council will consider written or oral objections to the
proposed assessments for each of said improvements.
The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the treatment or
removal of trees located in the City of Fridley.

The area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each of them is all
that land benefited by said improvements or each of them and is the same as
those listed above.
Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within the above
noted areas.
A property owner may appeal an assessment to the district court by serving
notice of appeal upon the City Mayor or Clerk within twenty (20) days after
adoption of the assessment and filing such notice with the district court
within ten (10) days after service upon the Mayor or Clerk.
