RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 1975
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND ESTIMATES OF THE
COSTS THEREOF: STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #118
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley as follows:
1. That it appears in the interests of the City and of the property owners
affected that there be constructed certain improvements, to -wit:
Storm sewer and related appurtenanced located as follows:
That area bounded by Gardena Avenue on the South, Stinson Blvd. on the
East, 60th Avenue and its extension to Stinson Blvd. on the North and
Oakwood Manor on the West.
2. That the Public Works Director, Richard Sobiech, City Hall, Fridley, Minnesota,
is hereby authorized and directed to draw the preliminary plans and specifications
and to tabulate the results of his estimates of the costs of said improvements,
including every item of cost from inception to completion and all fees and
expenses incurred (or to be incurred) in connection therewith, or the financing
thereof, and to make a preliminary report of his findings, stating therein whether
said improvements are feasible and whether they can best be made as proposed, or
in connection with some other improvements (and the estimated cost as recommended)
including also a description of the lands or area as may receive benefits there-
from and as may be proposed to be assessed.
3. That said preliminary report of the Engineer shall be furnished to the City
Council.
