174 RESOLUTION NO. 108 -1976 RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO BE LEVIED AGAINST CERTAIN PROPEPTIES FOR COLLECTION WITH THE TAXES PAYABLE IN 1977 (WEEDS) WHEREAS, a nuisance condition has been found to exist on the lots listed below; and, WHEREAS, the owner of such property was given notice to abate such nuisance; and, (I I� WHEREAS, the owner of such property did not abate such nuisance and the City of Fridley, under authority of Section 145.23, Minnesota State Statute of 1953, did therefore abate the nuisance at a total of $2,312.12.
