RESOLUTION NO. 124 -1976
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFI-
CATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF COSTS THEREOF: STREET IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT ST. 1977 -1 & ST. 1977 -2, ADDENDUM �91
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 110 -1976 adopted on the 18th day of
October, 1976 by the City Council, set the date for hearing on the
proposed improvements as specifically noted in the Notice of Hearing
attached to Resolution No. 110 -1976 for reference as Exhibit "A ", and
WHEREAS, all of the property owners whose property is liable to
be assessed with the making of these improvements (as noted in said
Notice) were given ten (10) days notice by mail and published
notice of the Council Hearing through two (2) weekly publications of
the required notice, and the hearing was held and the property
owners heard thereon at the hearing as noted in the said notice.
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolution
No. 86 -1976 are hereby ordered to be effected and completed
as soon as reasonably possible, to wit:
Street improvements, including grading, stabilized base,
hot -mix bituminous mat, concrete curb & gutter, storm
sewer system, water & sanitary sewer services & other
facilities located as follows:
Dellwood Drive 63rd Avenue to Mississippi Street
2. That work to be performed under this project may be
performed under one or more contracts as may be deemed
advisable upon receipt of bids.
3. That the Public Works Director, Richard N. Sobiech is hereby
designated as the Engineer for this improvement. He shall
prepare final plans and specifications for the making of
such improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 20TH
DAY OF DECEMBER, 1976.
