A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF THE COSTS
THEREOF: STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ST. 1977 -1 AND STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
ST. 1977 -2 (MSAS)
BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fridley as follows:
1. That it appears in the interests of the City and of the property owners affected
that there be constructed certain improvements, to -wit:
Street improvements, including grading, stabilized base, hot mix bituminous
mat, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer system, water and sanitary sewer
services and other facilities located as follows:

2. That the Public Works Director, Richard N. Sobiech, City Hall, Fridley,
Minnesota is hereby authorized and directed to draw the preliminary plans and
specifications and to tabulate the results of his estimates of the costs of
said improvements, including every item of cost from inception to completion
and all fees and expenses incurred (or to be incurred) in connection therewith,
or the financing thereof, and to make a preliminary report of his findings,
stating therein whether said improvements are feasible and whether they can
best be made as proposed, or in connection with some other improvements
(and the estimated cost as recommended), including also a description of
the lands or area as may receive benefits therefrom and as may be proposed
to be assessed.
3. That said preliminary report of the Engineer shall be furnished to the
City Council.
