RESOLUTION NO. 31 -1977
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ESTIMATES OF COSTS THEREOF: SANITARY SEWER, WATER AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT #121
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 14 -1977 adopted on the 7th day of February, 1977
by the City Council, set the date for hearing on the proposed improvements, as
specifically noted in the Notice of Hearing attached thereto for reference
as Exhibit "A "; and
WHEREAS, all of the property owners whose property is liable to be assessed
with the making of these improvements (as noted in said Notice) were given ten
(10) days notice by mail and published notice of the Council Hearing through
two (2) weekly publications of the required notice, and the hearing was held and
the property owners heard thereon at the hearing as noted in the said notice,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolution No
13 -1977 are hereby ordered to be effected and completed as soon
as reasonably possible, to -wit:
Watermains, sanitary sewer, laterals and service connections, and
storm sewer and appurtenanced located as follows:
1) Proposed Deleier Addition
2) Marxen Terrace
3) Lot 31, Auditor's Subdivision #129
4) Lots 4 & 5, Auditor's Subdivision #108
2. That work to be performed under this project may be performed under
one or more contracts as may be deemed advisable upon receipt of bids.
3. That the Public Works Director, Richard N. Sobiech is hereby designated
as the Engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare final plans
and specifications for the making of such improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 21ST DAY OF
MARCH, 1977.
