RES 1978-78 - 00007168126 RESOLUTION NO. 78 - 1978 RESOLUTION DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES AND APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE SEPTEMBER 12, 1978 PRIMARY ELECTION. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, at a regular meeting thereof on August 14th, 1978. SECTION 1. That on the 12th day of September, 1978, there shall be a Statewide Primary Election. SECTION 2.
