Anoka Camty, Minnesota as follows: 1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on the 14th day of September, 1981, at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon the proposed assessment for TREATMENT AND REMDM OF TREES (1981) 2. The City Clerk shall publish notices of the time and place of meeting in the official newspaper of the City at least two (2) weeks prior to such meeting.
