RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON THE
PRLHOSFD ASSESSMENP ROLL FOR 'ME IRFA'tlIIW AND REMOVAL OF
TREES (1982 )
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fridleyr Anoka Countyr Minnesota,
as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet t the City Hall in the City of Fridleyr Anoka
Countyr Minnesota, on the 4th day of October, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. to
pass upon the proposed assessment for the following named improvement:
TRFAUEn1T AND REMOVAL OF TREES (1982)
2. The City Clerk shall publish notices of the time and place of meetings in
the official newspaper of the City at least two (2) weeks prior to such
meeting.

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Fridley will meet at
the City Hall in said City on the 4th day of October, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock
p.m. to hear and pass upon all objections if any, to the proposed assessments
in repsect to the following improvements, to -wit:

11he proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is now on file and
open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the office of the
Clerk of said City.
At said hearing, the Council will consider written or oral objections to the
proposed assessments for each of said improvements.
'Ihe general nature of the improvements and each of them is the Treatment or
removal of trees located in the City of Fridley.

The area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each of then is all
that land benefited by said improvements or each of them and is the same as
those listed above.
Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within the above
noted area.
A property owner may appeal an assessment to the district court by serving
notice of the appeal upon the City Mayor or Clerk within thirty (30) days
after adoption of the assessment and filing such notice with the district
court within ten (10) days after service upon the City Mayor or Clerk=
however, no appeal may be taken as to the amount of any individual assessment
unless a written objection signed by the affected property owner is filed with
the City Clerk prior to the assessment hearing or presented to the presiding
officer at the hearing.
