RESOLUTION NO. 110 - 1983
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Fridley that the
streets hereinafter described should be designated as Municipal State Aid
Streets under the provisions of the Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
County of Anoka, that the streets described as follows, to -wit:

RANCHERS ROAD FROM 81ST AVENUE TO 83RD AVENUE
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. _
77TH WAY FROM EAST RIVER ROAD TO RAILROAD
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. _
77TH AVENUE FROM RAILROAD TO MAIN STREET
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. _
567H AVENUE FROM 7TH STREET TO WEST MOORE LAKE DRIVE
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. _
RICE CREEK TERRACE FROM 6TH STREET TO MONROE STREET
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. _
6TH MEW FROM 67TH AVENUE TO RICE CREEK TERRACE
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO.

be and hereby are established, located and designated the Municipal. State Aid
Streets of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways
of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of
Highways for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation
of said streets or portion thereof, that the same be constructed, improved,
and maintained as the Municipal State Aid Streets of the City of Fridley, to
be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Streets respectively.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 21ST DAY OF
NOVEMBER, 1983.
