RESOLUTION NO. 103 - 1984
RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROTECT ST. 1984 -1 AND 2 AND ADDENDUM
NO. 2, ADDENDUM NO. 3
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
' Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessable cost of construction with
respect to the following named improvement, to -wit:
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROTECT ST. 1984 -1 AND 2
AND ADDENDUM NO. 2, ADDENDUM NO. 3
including all incidental expenses thereto is estimated at $732,049.76.
2. The City Clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be
specially assessed for said improvement against every assessable lot, piece,
or parcel of land benefited by said improvement according to law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 10TH DAY OF
SEPTEMBER, 1984.
