RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR STORM SERER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO.
132
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on July 2, 1984, the City Clerk
was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of grading, dredging
storm sewer and related drainage appurtenances and other facilities; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment roll
has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, on the 6th day of August, 1984, at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon
the proposed assessment for:
STORM SEWER IMPRUME NT PROJECT No. 132
2. The City Clerk shall publish notioes of the time and place of meeting in
the official newspaper of the City at least two (2) weeks prior to such
meeting.

NOTICE OF HEARING OF ASSESSMENT FOR STORM SEWER
IMPROVEMENT PROTECT NO. 132
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Fridley will meet at
the City Hall in said City on the 6th day of August, 1984, at 7:30 o'clock
p.m., to hear and pass upon all objections, if any, to the proposed
assessments in respect to the following improvement, to-wit:
' STORM SEWER IMPRWE ENT PROTECT NO. 132
The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is now on f ile and
open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the office of the
Clerk of said City.
At said hearing the Council will consider written or oral objections to the
proposed assessments for each of said improvements.
The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the construction of
grading, dredging, storm sewer and related drainage appurtenances and other
facilities located as follows:
All of the land commencing at the intersection of TH No.
65 and Central Avenue, thence northerly along TH No. 65 to
63rd Avenue; thence esterly to Pierce Street; thence
northerly to Mississippi Street; thence easterly to
Central Avenue; thence southerly to TH No. 65 plus all the
properties along the easterly side at Central Avenue from
TH No. 65 to Mississippi Street and all lands within,
adjacent and abutting thereto.
The area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each of then is all
that land benefited by said improvements or each of then and lying within the
general area above noted.
t Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within the above
noted areas in whole or in part proportionately to each of the lands therein
contained according to the benefits received.
A property owner may appeal an assessment to the district court by serving
notice of the appeal upon the City Mayor or Clerk within twenty (20) days
after adoption of the assessment and filing such notice with the district
court within ten (10) days after service upon the City Mayor or Clerk.
