RESOLUTION NO. 106 - 1986
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON LOT 3 (EXCEPT SOUTH 204 FEET OF
EAST 200 FEET AND EXCEPT NORTH 126.01 FEET OF EAST 200
FEET), BLOCK 2, EAST RANCH ESTATES 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to certain
land and said land has subsequently been divided.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcel, to -wit:
Lot 3 (except south 204 feet of east 200 feet and except north 126.01 feet of
east 200 feet), Block 2, East Ranch Estates 2nd Addition, may and shall be
apportioned and divided as follows:
