RES 1986-33 - 00004801fl 1 045 av; • • A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUBDIVISION, LOT SPLIT, L.S. #86 -01, 40 SPLIT OFF THE SOUTH ONE HALF OF LOT 4, BLOCK 32, HYDE PARK, TOGETHER WITH THE EAST ONE HALF OF THE ADJACENT VACATED ALLEY AND ADD TO LOT 5, BLOCK 32, HYDE PARK TO CREATE A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE, AND SPLIT OFF THE NORTH ONE HALF OF LOT 4, BLOCK 32, HYDE PARK AND ADD TO LOT 3, BLOCK 32, HYDE PARK TO CREATE A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE, ALL BEING 5738 - 7TH STREET N.E. WHEREAS, the City Council approved a lot split at the March 17, 1986 meetingp and WHEREAS, such approval was to split off the south one half of Lot 4, Block 32, Hyde Park, together with the east one half of the adjacent vacated alley and add to Lot 5, Block 32, Hyde Park to create a single family residence, and split off the north one half of Lot 4, Block 32, Hyde Park, together with the east one half of the adjacent vacated alley and add to Lot 3, Block 32, Hyde Park to create a single family residence, all being 5738 - 7th Street N. E. and WHEREAS, the City has received the required Certificate of Survey from the owner; and WHEREAS, such approval will make two new residential building sites. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council directs the County of Anoka to record this lot split within six months of this approval or else such approval shall be null and void.
