RESOLUTION NO. 38 — 1986
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUBDIVISION, LOT SPLIT, L.S.
$86 -02, To SPLIT OFF THE WEST 90 FEET OF THAT PART OF LOT
28, REVISED AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 77 LYING EASTERLY OF
THE FDLLCWING DESCRIBED LINE: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE
SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 28 DISTANT 315.64 FEET WEST OF THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER THEREOF; (SAID SOUTHEAST CORNER BEING ON
THE CENTERLINE OF EAST RIVER ROAD) THENCE NORTH AT RIGHT
ANGLES TO SAID SOUTH LINE TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH THE
NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 28 AND THERE TERMINATING, TOGETHER
WITH THAT PART OF LOT 1, BLOCK 3, RIVERWOOD PARK, ANOKA
COUNTY, MINNESOTA, LYING EASTERLY OF A LINE DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE MOST NORTHERLY CORNER OF SAID
LOT 1, THENCE SOUTHERLY, IN A STRAIGHT LINE, TO THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE EXCEPTION AS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT OF
RIVERWOOD PARK AND THERE TERMINATING. SUBJECT TO
EASEMENTS, THE ORIGINAL LOT BEING 7136 EAST RIVER ROAD
N. E.
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a lot split at the March 17, 1986 meeting;
and
WHEREAS, such approval was to split off the west 90 feet of that part of Lot
' 28, Revised Auditor's Subdivision No. 77 lying easterly of the following
described line: beginning at a point on the south line of said Lot 28 distant
315.64 feet west of the southeast corner thereof; (said southeast Corner being
on the centerline of East River Road) thence north at right angles to said
south line to its intersection with the north line of said Lot 28 and there
terminating, together with that part of Lot 1, Block 3, Riverwood Park, Anoka
County, Minnesota, lying easterly of a line described as follows: Beginning
at the most northerly corner of said Lot 1, thence southerly, in a straight
line, to the southwest corner of the exception as shown on said plat of
Riverwood Park and there terminating. Subject to easements, the original lot
being 7136 East River Road N.E.; and
WHEREAS, the City has received the required Certificate of Survey from the
owner; and
WHEREAS, such approval will create two residential building sites.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council directs the County of
Anoka to record this lot split within six months of this approval or else such
approval shall be null and void.
