IRESOLUTION NO. 51 - 1986
RESCLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT, APPROVAL OF PLANS AND
ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS; REPAIR OF JOHNSON STREET
1.5 M RESERVIOR - 1986, PROTECT NO. 161
WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is deemed to be in the
interest of the City of Fridley and the property owners affected thereby.
NJW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESCLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolutions are hereby
ordered to be affected and completed as required:
Repair of Johnson Street 1.5 M Reservoir
2. The plans and specifications prepared by Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson and
Associates, Inc. under the direction of the Public Works Director for such
improvements are hereby approved ana shall be filed with the City Clerk.
The Public Works Director shall accordingly prepare and cause to be inserted
in the official newspaper advertisements for bids upon the making of such
improvements under such approvea plans and specifications. The advertisement
shall be published for three (3) weeks (at least 21 days) , and shall specify
the work to be done and will state that the bids will be opened ana considered
at 11:00 a.m. on the 7th day of August and that no bids will be considered
unless sealed and filed with the Public Works Director. That the
advertisement for bids for REPAIR OF JOHNSON STREET 1.5 MG RESERVIOR - 1986,
PROTECT NO. 161 shall be substantially in the standard form.
