RES 1987-42 - 00004633RESOLUTION NO. 42 - 1987 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUBDIVISION, LOT SPLIT, L.S. #87 -03, TO SPLIT LOT 13, REVISED AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 103 WHEREAS, the City Council approved a lot split at the June 1, 1987 meeting, and the Planning Commission stipulations attached as Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, such approval was to split off all that part of Lot 13, Revised Auditor's Subdivision No. 103, Anoka County, Minnesota, according to the plat on file and of record in the Office of the Anoka County Recorder, lying easterly of the easterly line of Lot 2, Block 1, Wayne's First Addition and westerly of a line drawn from a point on the easterly line of said Lot 2, Block 1, distant 1.5 feet southerly of the northeast corner of said Lot 2 to a point on the easterly extension of the southerly line of said Lot 2, Block 1, distant 45.0 feet east of the southeast corner thereof, generally located at 8100 East River Road N.E.; and WHEREAS, the City has received the required Certificate of Survey from the owner; and WHEREAS, such approval will split off said piece of property and be deeded to the adjacent single family lot (Lot 2, Wayne's First Addition). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council directs the County of Anoka to record this lot split within six months of this approval or else such approval shall be null and void.
