A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUBDIVISION, LOT SPLIT, L.S.
#87 -10, TO SPLIT OFF THAT PART OF LOT 6, BLOCK 3, RICE
CREEK PLAZA SOUTH ADDITION, LYING SOUTHWESTERLY OF A LINE
DRAWN PARALLEL WITH AND 5 FEET NORTHEASTERLY OF, AS
MEASURED AT RIGHT ANGLES TO, THE MOST SOUTHWESTERLY LINE
OF SAID LOT 6, THE SAME BEING 250 RICE CREEK TERRACE N.E.,
TO BE ADDED TO LOT 5, BLOCK 3, RICE CREEK PLAZA SOUTH
ADDITION, THE SAME BEING 240 RICE CREEK TERRACE N.E.
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a lot split at the December 7, 1987
meeting; and
WHEREAS, such approval was to split off that part of Lot 6, Block 3, Rice
Creek Plaza South Addition, lying southwesterly of a line drawn parallel with
and 5 feet northeasterly of, as measured at right angles to, the most
southwesterly line of said Lot 6, the same being 250 Rice Creek Terrace N.E.,
to be added to Lot 5, Block 3, Rice Creek Plaza South Addition, the same being
240 Rice Creek Terrace N.E.; and
WHEREAS, the City has received the required Certificate of Survey from the
owner: and
WHEREAS, such approval will provide the additional needed area for said Lot 5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council directs the petitioner to
record this lot split at Anoka County within six months of this approval or
else such approval shall be null and void.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 7TH DAY OF
DECEMBER, 1987
