DESCRIBED AS THE SOUTH 140.00
FEET OF THE
WEST 150.00
FEET OF LOT 7, SUBDIVISION OF
LOT 10, EXCEPT
THE WEST
75.00 FEET THEREOF, GENERALLY
LOCATED AT
1300 SKYWOOD
COURT N.E.
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a lot split at the February 27, 1989 meeting;
and the Planning Commission stipulations attached as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, such approval was to create a separate parcel from Auditor's
Subdivision No. 94 to be described as the south 140.00 feet of the west 150.00
feet of Lot 7, subdivision of Lot 10, except the west 75.00 feet thereof,
generally located at 1300 Skywood Court N.E.
WHEREAS, the City has received the required Certificate of Survey from the
owner; and
WHEREAS, such approval will create two separate parcels from Auditor's
Subdivision No. 94.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council directs the petitioner to
record this lot split at Anoka County within six months of this approval or else
such approval shall be null and void.

' 1. The existing gravel driveway shall be relocated on the northern lot and
hard surfaced by August 15, 1989.
2. A park fee of $750.00 (or current rate) shall be paid at the time of the
building permit.
3. A future house on the southerly lot shall be connected to City utilities.
