RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT, APPROVAL OF PLANS AND
ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS: WATER, SANITARY SEWER
' AND STORM SEWER PROJECT NO. 188
WHEREAS, the City Council received an agreement from 100 percent of the property
owners whose property is liable to be assessed with the making of these
improvements requesting the construction of these improvements; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 25 - 1989 adopted by the City Council of the City of
Fridley ordered all of these improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolutions are hereby
ordered to be effected and completed as soon as reasonably possible, to-
wit:
Street improvements, including grading, stabilized base, hot -mix
bituminous mat, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, water and sanitary
sewer services, storm sewer systems, and other facilities located as
follows:
NORTHCO DRIVE
73RD AVENUE SOUTH
That the work involved in said improvements as listed above shall hereafter be
designated as:
WATER, SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER PROJECT NO. 188
2. The plans and specifications prepared by the Public Works Department for
such improvements and each of them, pursuant to the Council resolutions
heretofore adopted, are hereby approved and shall be filed with the City
Clerk.
The Public Works Director shall accordingly prepare and cause to be inserted in
the official newspaper advertisements for bids upon the making of such
improvements under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement
shall be published for three (3) weeks (at least 21 days), and shall specify the
work to be done and will state that bids will be opened and considered at 11:00
a.m. on the 29th day of March, 1989, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall,
and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Public
Works Director, and accompanied by a cash deposit, bid bond, or certified check
payable to the City for five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid. That the
advertisement for bids for Water, Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer Project No. 188
shall be substantially in standard form.

FEBRUARY. 1989
