RESOLUTION NO. 18 - 1990
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT, P.S. #90 -01, NORTNCO
BUSINESS PARK 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the Plat, P.S. #90-
01, on January 31, 1990 and recommended approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council also conducted a public hearing on the proposed Plat
at their February 12, 1990 Council meeting and approved the Plat at their
February 12, 1990 meeting; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Fridley
hereby approves the Plat, P.S. #90 -01, Northco Business Park 2nd Addition, with
the stipulations attached as Exhibit A, and authorizes the Mayor and City Manager
to sign the Plat as prepared by Sunde Land Surveying Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the petitioner is requested to record this Plat at
Anoka County within six (6) months or said approval will become null and void.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 12TH DAY OF
FEBRUARY, 1990.

1. Storm water calculations shall be submitted prior to issuance of a building
permit.
2. Joint driveway easements shall be filed against both parcels prior to
issuance of a building permit.
3. A separate pending easement(s) shall be dedicated by separate document
prior to the issuance of a building permit.
4. The landscaping plan shall be revised to include additional screening at
the southwest corner of the site. The revised site plan shall be reviewed
and approved by staff prior to issuance of a building permit.
5. Payment of park dedication fees prior to issuance of a building permit.
6. Any driveway access to 73rd Avenue shall be a joint driveway between Lot
2, Block 1, of the 2nd Addition and Lot 1, Block 1, of the Northco Business
Park.
