RESOLUTION NO. 50 - 1992
' RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUBDIVISION, LOT SPLIT,
L.S. #92 -02, TO SPLIT PROPERTY INTO TWO
SEPARATE PARCELS, PARCEL A AND PARCEL B,
GENERALLY LOCATED AT 1400 - 66TH AVENUE N.E.
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a lot split at the July 6, 1992
meeting; and the Planning Commission stipulation attached as
Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, such approval was to split property into two separate
parcels, Parcel A and Parcel B, described as follows:
Parcel A: The east 83.00 feet, front and rear, of Lot 14, Revised
Auditor's Subdivision No. 10, Anoka County, Minnesota, and the east
83.00 feet of Outlot A, Dennis Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota,
and that part of the east 83.00 feet, front and rear, of Lot 6,
Revised Auditor's Subdivision No. 10, Anoka County, Minnesota,
lying north of the south 120.50 feet, as measured along the east
and west lines of Lot 6.
Parcel B: The south 120.50 feet, as measured along the east and
west lines, of the east 83.00 feet, front and rear, of Lot 6,
Revised Auditor's Subdivision No. 10, Anoka County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the City has received the required Certificate of Survey
from the owner; and
WHEREAS, such approval will split the property into two separate
parcels.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council directs the
petitioner to record this lot split at Anoka County within six
months of this approval or else such approval shall be null and
void.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS
6TH DAY OF JULY, 1992.

1. A park dedication fee of $750.00 shall be paid at the time of
issuance of a building permit for the vacant lot.
