A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL AGREEMENT NO.
91252R FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM ON
T.H. 65 AND OSBORNE ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Fridley agrees to participate in the cost, with the State of
Minnesota Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to wit:
To remove the existing traffic control signal and install a new traffic control signal with street lights,
emergency vehicle pre - emption, internally illuminated street signs, interconnect and signing on
Trunk Highway No. 65 at Osborne Road (CSAH 8).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and
directed to execute such agreements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 13th
DAY OF AUGUST, 2007.
