Install white enameled steel tub, Re-plumb drain, shower valve and shower head. Install new Delta "Lahara" series Brushed Nickel shower valve and head. Instal� white cultured marble vanity top with Delta "Lahara" series Brushed Nickel faucet. Install Elger comfort height toilet, with water saving tank and round bowl design. Includes toilet seat. Electrical: Demo existing electrical as necessary. Add new 20 amp bath circuit. Add new 80 CFM ultra quiet bath fan, includes new switch and venting thru roof. Relocate vanity light and switch. Insulation: insulate exterior bath wall with batted fiberglass insulation. Cover with 4 mil poly and seal. Cabinets and Trim: Install new Oak vanity, 24" x 18". Install new Oak door casing and floor base boards. Reuse existing new window trim. Sheetrock: Sheetrock all bath walis and ceiling. All areas will have 3 coats of taping compound applied and sanded. Ceiling will be sprayed with standard texture. Painting; Prime all sheetrock walls, paint 1 color, flat paint, includes heat vent. Stain and varnish vanity, casing and base moldings. Ceramic Tile: Waterproof new tub wall area. Install ceramic tile on tub shower walls and floor. Tile material selections made by customer are included in this proposal.
