Install .60 MIL EPDM Single Ply Roof System, fally adhered.
Install Reinforced Termination Strip around perimeter and penetrations to restrict shrinkage.
Double'flash all protrusions.
Install new prefinished perimeter metal, scupper and open faced downspout.
