Stacy and Julie,
I'm reviewing both of these CPAs, here's on update on where they are at.
- City sent them to adjacent communities on eb 9, and adjs have up to 60 days (April 10) to review and comment.
- We received the CPA on Mar 15, our 15 day completeness review ends on April 4. Unless you've heard from all the adj
communities before 4/4, we'll find the CPA incomplete on 4/4.
- If you have heard from all adj's please let me (and Patrick Boylan) know this, we'd then find the CPA complete.
- Met Council sent CPA to adj communities etc on March 20, adj communities etc have up to 30 days (by April 19)to
request a hearing (I don't anticipate any such requests)
What this all boils down to is that we anticipate waiving further review of both CPAs on or after April 19.
I'll be out of the office from Ap 2-4, and if you have any questions then please contact Patrick Boylan at
