On Thursda.y, July 17th, you had a telephone conversation with our
office regarding your sandpoint well proposal.
You were informed that the City issues pennits, which, impose ceriain
restrictions relating to the ruies and regutations af the Minnesota
State Board of Health. Enclosed please find a copy of the permit
pxesently in use and enforced by the City of Fridley.
In the event tha.t your well does not meet the 'requirements of the
enclosed permit the City taill require you to either:
A. Abandon the we11 or,
B. Upgrade the we11 to conform with the restrictions
and requirements set forth an the permit - camplete ;
the permit form and submit to the City for approval.
