Mr. Caillier said he talked to his neighbor and he had no objection and that his neighbor has his attached garage right next to the lot line; between the roofs, there would be 6 feet. Chairwoman Gabel said there should be no windows on the north side and-there would have to be a fire wall. Mr. Clark said it would be 5/8" sheetrock on the inside. Mr. Caillier said he h�d.no problems with that and that a contractor will be doing the work. He also said it wi�.l be stucco tio•match the house.and he is planning on a one foot overhang so that it �,aould stil]. drai.n onto his lot and the roof will match the house.
