RE: 6458 ABLE ST.
It has been brought to my attention that the basement of 6458 Able
St. is being rented as an apartment. I have inspected this
property and found that it does not meet Fridley Residential Rental
Property Code for the following reasons:
1. Property not zoned as rental property.
2. No rental license has been applied fQr.
3. Area being used for sleeping does not meet Fire Code.
4. Area being used for cooking does not meet health codes.
This letter shall serve as written notice this property can not be
used to rent out the basement area as a rental unit or apartment.
The lower level will have to be vacated as living quarters as soon
as possible and.no later than March 1, 1991.
