building or structure, or for any alteration or repaira to any existing

applicant for such permit of fees to the amount herein below set forth and in

According to Section 106.1 of the 1994 Uniform Building Code as
adopted by the City of Fridley, no building or atructure regulated
by this Code shall be erected, constructed, enlarged, altered,
repaired, moved, improved, removed, converted, or demolished unless
a separate permit for each building or structure has first been
obtained from the Building Official.
You have been notified of your need to obtain a building permit and
have failed to comply as of today's date. As a result, a special
