SECTION 2. The Zaspector of Buildings shall, before issuing permits for the
erection of any building or structure, or for any addition to any existiag
buildiag �r structure, or for any alteration or repairs to auy exiating
buildiag or structure, upon application therefoxe, require the payment by the

feet, ox fxaction thereof, ia auch cubical conteats. Type 3� 5-$1.85 for
each one thoueand cubic feet: �
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Eor the purpose of computing feea for building pern�its, the cubical conteats
of any building or addition, is determined by multiplying the ground area
covered from a point six (6) inches below the floor line of the basement
or the cellar to the average heights of the upper surface or to the average.•

For repaira or alteratioas to an existing structure, the fee shall be at the
rate of $3.00 per each five hundred dollars ($�00.00) or fraction thereof in
the cost of all proposed work.

VERIFICATION OF FOUNDATION
NOTE: Pexmits for construction will be issued a mini�m of 24 hours from the
time of application, to allow for proper review of the proposed structure and
of the coastruction site.
A Certified Susvey of the lot, showiag the location of the foundation, once it
has beea constructed, will be required be=�roc_� with the framing.
CERTIFICATE,.OF OCCUPANCY
Application for a Certificate�of Occupancy shall be made ten (10) days prior
to the uae or occupaacy of any structure for which a building pesmit haa been
iesued; and said structure ehall not be uaed or occupied until a Certificate
of Occupancq hae been i8sued. -
