Dear Mr. Fuechtmann: The City of Fridley has established a City Code for the purpose of promoting a pleasant and attractive suburban environment. A recent inspection of the property at 7417-19 Able Street N.E. revealed that not all Code requirements are presently being met. Listed below are items which do not comply with the City Code: 1. Discontinue outside storage of containers (some containing used motor oilj located along the south side of the garage. 2. Repair or replace broken garage door. In addition, it appears that someone living at this residence has been working on vehicles, resulting in oil and fluids draining onto the driveway. Please review this situation and take whatever action may be appropriate to correct this problem. (You may wish to call the Fridley Fire Department at 572-3611 if you have any questions about this matter.j Your prompt attention in correcting this situation would greatly assist us in helping make Fridley a better place to live.
