be located at 81 Alden Circle. The location is to close to the street.
You must obtain a building permit for this structure, and as I see it,
you can do one of three things with the existing footing;
l. Show proof of your ability to build within 35 feet of the curb.
2. Move the house back to obtain the required setback from the street.
3. Stop construction and wait until you have received approval of a
variance from the Appeals Co�nission.

The permit fee that was paid covers the inspector's time to check to make sure the
appliance was installed correctly. We also need to check for the installation of
combustion air, vent and connector sizing.
You will be given thirty (30) days from receipt of this notice to respond. If we do not
hear from you, your permit will expire and any inspections on this installation will require
a new permit. .
