Dear Mr. Wicklund:
On September 26, 1984 a final building inspec tion was conducted and the
following items will have to be completed or corrected before final approval
can be accomplished:
�� . S13bmit a verifying survey to the City.
..�2. Install joist hangers on the deck joist where it attaches to the house.
��'c3. Provide a sump for a sump pump as noted on the approved plans.
°rt9. Install the three fire alarms.
�� Correct the clearance problem on the Class B furnace vent.
✓6. Tie the floor syste�n into the wood foundation wall system as specified
in Technical Report Ntnnber 7, published by the National Forest Products
Associa tion .
t� 7• Regrade the ground around the house to provide proper drainage away fr aa
the foundation.
c4c�. Provide the 1" x " or plywood strip that provides protection for the
top of the polyethylene film on the outside of the wood foundation.
All of these itesns are �cpected to be canpleted by October 15, 1984 when a
reinspec tion will be conducted to detezmine compliance. If you have any
