Mihneapolis, Mi.nnesota Re: 7544 Alclen Way N.E. Dear Mr. McCarthy: We were called to 7544 Alden Way to cheak the front yard for ma,intenance and sodding. We visited the premises on August 28, 1974 and found the front yard to be a growth of weeds that exceed the maximum height allowed in the City of Fridley. Upon returning to the office and checking your file, we found that the home has not had final inspections on any of the work. We need finals on the heating, plumbing, electrical, and structural work, and you are also lacking a heating permit. We understand that you recently have sold the property to Mr. Glen Conradson and it may be his obligation to take care of the front yard but the itezns we feel you or your subcontxactors are responsible for are as follows: l. Olson Plumbing must call for and arrange for a final inspection on � the plumbing work. 2. Whoever the mechanical (heating) contraator was must acquire a permit and get a final inspection on the heating system. 3. You must arrange to have our electrical inspector gain access to the structure for a final inspection. 4.
