I hereby request the City of Fridley to issue sewer and water permits
for the second accessory building located at 7806 Alden :+lay owned by
Mr. Walter Rasmussen. The basement of this garage we now propose to
be used as a wine cellar and a recreation/storage room as shown on
the attached plan. With the use for recreational purposes it would be
necessary to have a toilet accessible. The sink can also be used for
cleaning up the lawn furniture, etc. stored there.
