As a�dicated, two (2) skinuners approved by the National Sanitation
Foundation will be provided.
As indicated, three (3) inlets of approved design for fresh and/or
repurified water wiTl be provided.
As indicateci, a main drain of approved construction will be provided.
Z"he filter and pump..sha11 be approved by the N.S.F, and be of
suffzcient capacity io provide a miniiaum turnover of at least two (2)
�imes in 24 hours. This department recommends a turnover rate of 6-8 hours.
A deck of at 1Past three (3) fee� wide, measured from the pool water's
edge, shal.l be provided which exterlds completely around all private
reside.ntial peols. -"r'�bove ground private residential pools may be
�rovided wit2z decking of a minimum size of 4 feet by 4 feet at pool
entry �oints and provided that such decking has the approval of the
City.
The diving area will be acceptable provided there is no overhead
obstruction.
A fence or other suit�.ble barrier, a minimiun of six (6) feet high,
that affords no external hand or foot holds and which is impenetrable
by toddlers`, must be provided arour►d the entire perimeter of the pool.
Al1 gates and ather accesses sha11 be equipped with self-closing and
se.lf-latciiing devices which are capable of being locked.
An automatic chlorinator should be provided with a suitable test kit.
Al]. eZectrical and plvz�bing installations shall be inspected and
approved by the City Insnection Department.
All electrical ]:ines mitst be 10-20 feet or more away from the poo�
surface.
The pool fill spout must be air gapped or protected by a vacumn breaker.

must be provided and maintained with the pool at all times.

is approved contingent on final inspections and approval by the City.

rear yard on Lot 9, Block 5, Pearson's Craigway Estates 2"d Addition, the same being
7818 Alden Way with the following stipulation:
1. The petitioner shall work with staff to provide additional native plant
materials aiong the bluff line.
You have one year from the date of the Appeals Commission action to initiate
construction. If you cannot begin construction during this time, yau must submit a letter
