SECTIOR 2. The Inepector of Buildings shall, before iseuing any permit for
the erection of anq building or structure,�or For any addition ta any esiatin�
buildin� or structure, or for �ny alterations or repairs to any exis�in� �
building or structure, upon application therefore, requir� the paymeri,t by the
applicant f�r . such g�rmit of f�e� � to the �nou#�t. herein below eet fcrtt� anii in
the manner herein provided to-wit:

othei tha e garage, warehouse, factorq or $rain'elevaevr, or for the erecCton
of anq fire-proof addition, for�similar occupancy, to any eaisting building,
shall be. at ths.rate of $1.4� for �ach.oae thousand cnbic feet,_.or.fraction
thereof, in such cubical contents.
2_.2 For any such permit for.the erectirnn of anq fire-proof gara�e,
warehouse, factory�or grain elavator; or for the erection of any fire�proof
addition, for s3.milar occupancy� to any esisting building shail be at the
rate of $�..25 for each one thousand cubic f�et, classffied se "fireproof"
by Section 502 of the,IK�nneapolis Bu�ldiag Cade. .

any non-fireproof addition, for similar occupancy, to any existing bui�ding »

2.4. For any euch permit for the erection of anq non-fireproof gara e
warehouae, factory or grain elevator, or for the erection of any non-fire-proof
addition, for similar occupancy, �o aay esisting buildiag or for each such
building or additioa - ninety centa .($0.90) for each one thous.and cubic feet
or fracCian there-of, in the cubical coatents thereof with the minimum of $4.00.
For the purpose of eomputing feea for buildiag permits, the culsical contents
of any building or addition to a uniform height throughout by multiplyiLng th,e _
ground erea coverec3 �rc� a point six {6j inches below the floor l�ne of the
basement or cellar to the average h��ght ai the upper surface or to the average
height of the roof surface of the,main gabla of a pitched roof.
2.5. For repaixs or alterations to an euisting atructure, the fee sha11
be at the rate of 43.00 per each Five Hundred Dollara ($5QQ.00) or fr�c��t�n
thereof in the cost of a11 proposed work.
2.6. Ia no case shall the fee charged for any permit as set forth in

A plumbing pernut was issued on October 23, 2001 to install a water softener at your
address. Accorcling to Section 4715.2800 of the State Plumbing Caie, a final inspection
shall be conducted on the work authorized by this pernut. As of this da.te the inspection has
not been requested.
The permit fee that was paid covers the inspection to make sure the work was completed
according to the Codes. We will keep your pernut open for another 30 days and if we do
not hear from you within this time to set up the inspection, we will mark the permit "no
insgection called for by homeowner after notifica.tion" and take no further action.
