It was canfirmed by an on site inspection on February 24, 1978 that you
were mai.ntaininq a i970 Renauit, expired 1977 License #AZ 7457,_ on the
above ].isted p�operty in a junked, street inoperable condition.
Chapter 123 of the Fridley City Code reguires� that all vehicles in the
City be currently licensed and in a street operable condition. An
alterna�.ive is ta store said vehicles within a building or at an
approved location, e.g. a licensed junk yard.
Therefore, the City must require you to remove sai.d vehicle from your
property or bring it into compliance with the City Codes by either
licensinq and putting the vehicle in a street operable conditio�n, placing
it within the confines of a building, or removing it to an approved
location.
A reinspection will be corrducted on or about ten f10) days from the
date of this letter to dete�aine campliance. We are confident in your
caoperation and desire to make Fridley a better co�nunity �o live in.

Recent observations indicate that you are performinq landscapinq
work which has resulted in placing landscaping rocks and related
materials in the boulevard area along Alden Way. This obstruction,
which is located on the City right-of-way, could cause a problem
for the City snow removal vehicles and other equipment necessary
to properly maintain this City street..
The City requests that you remove these materials as soon as
possible to clear the boulevard area. If you do not take this
action, please realize that the Public Works Department will not
be held liable for damages resulting from maintenance vehicles
operating along Alden Way. In addition, you will be held
responsibl� for damages occurring to these vehicles caused by this
landscaping.
I have spoken with the Superintendent of Public Works concerning
the additional curb cut located north of your existing driveway.
He has infonaed me that the City will replace this curb next year
at your expense.

The Chief Building Official shall, before issuing permits for the erection of any building or structure, or for any
addition to any existing building or structure, or for any alteration or repair to any existing building or structure,
upon application therefore, require the payment by the applicant for such permit of fees to the amount herein
below set forth and in the manner herein provided to-wit:
